Privacy statement Poengjakten
Poengjakten is an activity and community app developed for Tide’s employees. The purpose of the app is to motivate to increased physical activity and awareness of diet and lifestyle, in addition to building a cohesive culture across departments in Tide.
Poengjakten collects and process your personal data when you use the app.
Tide AS, represented by the CEO, is the personal data controller for the company’s processing of personal data.
Poengjakten has been developed in collaboration with Shortcut AS which is the data processor and responsible for the technical functionality of the app.
The purpose of collection and processing of your personal data is to give you access to Poengjakten and its functionality.
When registering your user, you will be asked to accept the terms in this privacy statement. By accepting, you give valid consent for Poengjakten to use your personal data for the stated purpose.
The following personal information is collected
- Your employee number
- Your full name
- Your mobile number
- Your department
- Your job location
- Number of steps and points
- Pictures and posts you choose to share in the app
- Information of your achievements, both completed and under progress
We use third party services such as (but not limited to) Google Analytics, which collects, manages and analyzes data in statistics. Statistical data cannot be linked back to you.
Deletion and correction of information
Your user profile will automatically be deleted when you no longer are registered as an employee in Tide.
You can at any given time delete your user profile by contacting system manager at support.mittide@tide.no. Please notice that you will have to uninstall the app by yourself.
Correction of your personal information will automatically happen by updating your user profile in our HR-system Mittide.
